We’re back with another round of doughnut and beer pairings with The Bruery! We love collaborations, so this pairing was only natural. This time, we’re pairing beers alongside our Fall Menu flavors. Check out the pairings below.
Brown Butter + Or Xata: Imperial Blonde Ale brewed with rice, cinnamon, vanilla and milk sugar. 7.1% ABV
Everything Cream Cheese + Tradewinds Tripel: Belgian-style tripel ale brewed with rice and thai basil. 8.4% ABV
Sweet Potato Pie + Autumn Maple: Belgian Ale brewed with yams, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, maple syrup. 10% ABV
Caramel Apple Streusel + The Order: Belgian-style abbey ale with dates and spices. 10.6% ABV
Maple Butter Pecan + Vermont Sticky Maple: Imperial Stout with maple syrup. 11.3% ABV
Flights will be available for $20 each, netting you 5 beer tastings alongside 5 mini doughnuts.

They handcraft fresh doughnuts daily at our store, featuring classic and internationally-inspired flavors. About The Bruery
The Bruery is an award-winning craft brewery established in 2008 in Orange County, CA, specializing in a variety of innovative beers, including Belgian-inspired ales, experimental beers, barrel-aged beers, wild & sour ales and through their sister brand The Offshoot Beer Co., New England IPAs.
In December 2017, The Bruery launched The Bruery Store in Washington D.C. This location serves as both a storefront and fulfillment center for The Bruery’s beer club. Located in the NOMA district (1 block from Union Market) and featuring at least 100 different brands, The Bruery Store is sure to cover any and all of your craft beer needs.
